We are currently looking for a smart, thoughtful and experienced individual to join our small team in the dining room. Thursday - Saturday and/or Sunday is preferred.

Here’s what you need to know…

We're a small neighborhood restaurant in Roosevelt/Ravenna cooking up unfussy PNW farm-to-table cuisine. There is a focus on vegetables and grains and to a lesser degree, meat and fish. We have a constantly evolving menu that changes a little bit every day, and a wine/drink list that keeps our customers and our staff highly engaged. We have lots of regulars who really enjoy what we do!

We are looking for one particular human being to join our small and unique team. You should have plenty of experience, be adept at conversing with a wide variety of people, outgoing and enthusiastic and have a thoughtful and caring demeanor. In other words, hospitality should be baked into who you are as a person, not just put on like a uniform.

Food and Wine are at the core of Three Sacks Full and you should have experience, understanding and genuinely care about both. You don't have to be an expert, but you should have a strong base of knowledge plus curiosity to discover more.

This is a place where everyone does a bit of everything. In between waiting on tables, recommending wine and mixing a few drinks you will be helping to wash dishes (we have no dedicated dish person and we all chip in). It's a fast paced environment on most nights that is never boring, and you need to be a smart, engaged individual who can multi-task and get things done quickly, but still be able to slow down at tables and talk to customers in a thoughtful and attentive way. We have a strong base of regular customers who love what we do and you'll enjoy getting to know them too!

We want to provide a positive professional environment that fosters progressive values, kindness and thoughtfulness, along with a strong work ethic, efficiency, and attention to detail. And of course some essential basics are needed: ability to work on your feet for multiple hours, move quickly and keep a sense of urgency, and be able to lift 51 lbs.

$22/hr base pay + all our employees share tips equally. You can expect another $18-$23/hr in tip share, (there is a little less tip share during the trial period of the first four weeks). We also cook up a great family meal at the end of each night and sit down together. We are looking to cover 3-4 nights/week and approximately 6hrs/shift.

If you're genuinely interested in what we're doing at TSF and want to be a contributing member of the project, then please send a resume and include a short cover letter about yourself and why you're interested in Three Sacks Full.
