We did this class not long after we opened almost two years ago and it was a big hit. It seems we’re long overdue for another review as folks have been asking us to do another. Whether you classify yourself as a novice or a seasoned wine drinker, there will be many things to learn in this class.
We’ll cover some basics of wine tasting technique and how to remember what you drink along with learning a bit about how wine is made and what makes it taste the way it does. And we’ll taste a couple of special wines to help you delve into the esoteric side of wine, philosophy and the passion behind it.
