Pop-Up at Porkchop & Co.

As summer transitions into autumn we are offering a fixed price dinner highlighting organic produce from our own farm and around the region.

The set menu includes a starter, main course and choice of side dish.

Please click on the MENU heading to see the menu description.
Drinks and dessert are available for additional purchase at the event.

We’ve decided to try a slightly different format. In order to cut down on food waste we want to know how many guests to plan for, so we are taking reservations.

This Pop-Up dinner will also be a ticketed event.

Please click here to get details and purchase your tickets in advance.

$45 each (tax & fees included)

The summer vegetable bonanza continues and will fill up the menu at this dinner.

Expect to taste Caroselli cucumbers, pictured here after harvesting on our farm. They are a rare variety from Puglia in southern Italy. It’s actually a melon, but typically harvested early and eaten like a cucumber.

Besides the Carosellis, we should be into more of our late summer offerings such as eggplants, sweet and hot peppers, and of course more of those delicious Piennolo tomatoes.

Expect some great Italian wines to provide a supporting role!

We are excited to return to Porkchop in Ballard and celebrate summer in full swing with all the fantastic vegetables that go along with it.

We’ve been growing San Pasquale zucchini on our farm; it hails from southern Italy and is dense and full of flavor. And we’re excited by our second year with Piennolo tomatoes, which originate from around Mt. Vesuvius.. They are truly delicious and sure to be ripe, ready and on the menu!
